Throughout 2009, the readers of Muscle Car Review magazine watched the transformation of a 1962 Biscayne sedan from grandma's grocery getter into a 409-powered muscle machine, fully representative of the cars that roamed the streets and terrorized the drag strips in 1962. The goal of this project was to build a nostalgic muscle car with all the looks and performance of an original 409 Biscayne while keeping to a tight budget.
