Pricing
Every attempt is made to keep our prices as close to the current catalog list price as possible; however, because of price fluctuations from our suppliers and volume buying, the price of some items may increase or decrease accordingly. Show
Cars Automotive reserves the right to change prices without notice. We will always price your part number list for you. Please ask.
Returns
Before returning any parts, you must obtain a return authorization number. Be prepared to furnish your invoice number, date, and part numbers of the items you wish to return. Returns without a return authorization number will delay the credit
or exchange and in some cases will be returned to you. Some items are not returnable. These include, but are not limited to used parts, bolts and bolt kits, special order items, and electrical parts. Any part that has been installed
is not returnable. All parts must be new, resalable condition with no markings on the package.
Ordering Procedure We strongly urge everyone to use written orders. Fax, e-mail, and US mail result in faster service and fewer misunderstandings. Our toll-free fax number is 800-64-SS-FAX (800-647-7329). Orders with part numbers are processed quicker than orders by description.

Backorders We handle backorders in the following manner: 1. Ship and backorder: We ship what we have in stock and ship backorders as they come in. 2. Ship and cancel: We ship what we have in stock and cancel the remaining order. You re-order with your next order.
Shipping and Handling All orders to US addresses are shipped via DHL, Fed-Ex, UPS, and US mail. These shipping companies, not Show Cars, set the shipping rates. Weight, zip code, value, and the dimension of the package determine rates. Shipments to commercial addresses are the least expensive. Shipments to rural residential addresses are the highest in cost. A business run out of a home is not a commercial address. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Make sure someone is available to sign for your packages. Use the signature release form in the back of the catalog if you are comfortable having your package left on your doorstep without your signature.
All foreign shipments are sent Postal Service or Bax Global. Seventy pounds is the maximum weight for a postal shipment. We add a $15.00 customs paperwork and currier fee to all orders shipped outside of the United States. We urge Canadian customers to have their orders shipped to a US address and broker them yourselves at the border. We provide invoices for your use at the border.
CODs We will gladly send your order to you COD. This service carries an $8.50 charge in addition to regular shipping and handling charges. Please be prepared to pay for your COD order with certified funds for the exact amount. If you wish to be notified of the amount of your shipment so you will have the funds available, please give us a fax number or an e-mail address. Please note that CODs cannot be shipped overnight or second day air. Refusal of a COD order will result in your account being placed in a "payment-in-advance" status.
Warranty The manufacturer determines all warranties. If a part is found defective, the manufacturer may either repair or replace the part. Under no circumstances is a refund offered. Show Cars liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts. All parts should be inspected for defects by the installer prior to installation. No allowance is given for installation labor or consequential damages. The installer is solely responsible for the suitability of a part for a particular application. Show Cars will not be held responsible for personal or mechanical damage. All warranties are FOB New Ulm, Minnesota. You must ship it repaid for warranty inspection.
Shortages If you believe that you are short items in your shipment, please use the following procedure: 1. Check your invoice carefully to make sure it is not backordered. 2. Check to see if the package has been damaged or appears to have been opened and resealed. If so, file a claim with the carrier. This must be done the same day you receive the package. Report it to the driver if possible. 3. If something is missing, call customer service at 507-233-1958 within five days. No claims for shortages will be honored after five days. Please have your invoice handy when you call.
Damaged Goods All damaged goods claims must be filed with the carrier. Save all boxes and packaging material for inspection. Please call customer service at 507-233-1967 for help in filing a claim. This must be done the same day you receive the package. Report it to the driver if possible.
